FAQs

Do I still need to change my oil every 3000 miles if I use synthetic oil?
Yes!  The additives in the oil still get used up even in a synthetic product.  The additives are added to protect and keep your engine clean.  In addition, the oil still becomes saturated with dirt and moisture during day to day driving.

Why should I purchase synthetic oil?
There are a number of reasons:
  • Improve fuel economy
  • Better cold engine start up protection
  • Better high temperature protection
When should I have my tires rotated?
Approximately every other oil change.  By doing this you may extend the life of your tires because they will wear more evenly.

What benefits do I get from a fuel system cleaner?
You will  improve fuel economy by removing harmful deposits which in turn restore performance and lower emissions.  This service is recommended every 15,000 -18,000 miles based on driving conditions.  (ie. stop  and go /  highway driving)

Why do I need to change my transmission fluid?
Each automotive manufacture recommends specific mileage and time intervals for your vehicle.  You should have it changed to avoid unnecessary wear and tear due to the additive breakdown.   Your transmission fluid also collects dirt and moisture which decreases its viscosity.

How long do wiper blades last?
Wiper blade performance deteriorates slowly over time and is dependant on use and how clean your windshield is kept.  Dirt and extreme heat /cold limit a blades life to approximately 6-12 months.
